Akita Information

This page has tons of information that is specific to the Akita, as well as informative on dogs in general. I have combined the Health & Nutrition and the General Akita Information into one page, so for those familiar with my site, that has changed. I plan to expand this area because so much is still out there. One of the more important issues on this page is the information on Bloat. Please take a few minutes to look over that information, it could save your dog's life.
